The dealer tells me that it is blowing 45 degrees - but the car is not cooled off in any way, just breezy. Subaru tells me that this is how the car is designed.Check the ground wire. Unscrew it full of crud wire brush clean as can be. Install 2 new fuses everything works. Car sitting in driveway turning lights on off fogs on off car on off with lights on and off everything works. Played with it for over an hour and nothing went out. No fuses blown lights worked. Test drive.Tapped the clutch with a screwdriver handle and it engaged. Performed system pressure inspection, and system pressures fluctuated between 60-120 psi on high side, and 15-50 psi on low side.
